Crime Stoppers NT encourages all Territorians to share what you know about people making growing and selling all types of illicit drugs
When we partnered with Crime Stoppers programs across the nation to launch the Dob in a Dealer national campaign in 2016 it resulted in staggering a 287% increase in the number of amphetamine-related tips given to police for investigation, while a total of 255 drug-specific tips were collected in a 6-week period directly as a result of people being prompted to speak out.
We know that drug dealers are often hiding in plain sight in the community, but some people may prefer to turn a blind eye and not speak out for fear of retaliation. Watching drug dealers destroy the lives of the people you care about should not be an option – so make the call and make a difference by contacting Crime Stoppers.
We offer a safe, trusted link between the community and police. We don’t need to know who you are, just share what you know. Even if you have little more than a suspicion about someone that still might be the piece of the puzzle that can make all the difference – so have the courage to speak up.
Contacting us with information will help to disrupt the insidious drug supply chain, so call our toll-free 1800 333 000 hotline number or submit a tip.
The information you share with us can help police to shut down drug manufacturing labs, stop illegal importation activities and break up drug dealing syndicates right across the Territory.
If you have information about someone making or selling illicit drugs then share what you know without saying who you are.
